Concord, Newbury Men Accused Of Burglary: Court Roundup

Thrown cup of coffee leads to felony criminal mischief charge; Canaan man incident on reckless conduct accused of not stopping for troopers.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Miles A. Anderson, 32, of Hall Street in Concord on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing the New Hampshire Republican State Committee on Water Street in Concord on Dec. 15, 2021.

Warren L. Doucette, 41, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Best Buy. At the time, according to the indictment, Doucette was previously convicted twice before on theft charges.

Kelly Dumont, 43, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of throwing a cup of coffee onto a compute menu screen at McDonald’s Restaurant in Concord causing more than $1,500 worth of damage on Nov. 28, 2021.

Michael Fortier, 36, of Fisherville Road in Concord on two forgery charges. He was accused of uttering checks that were not authorized by Light Up Seasonal Lighting at Citizens Bank in Concord on Dec. 31, 2021, and Jan. 7.

Amanda Fortin, 28, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 12 in Concord.

Jon Davidson, 55, a homeless man now located in Concord, on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-oxymetholone charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen license plate owned by the Common Man in Concord on Sept. 7, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Lucas Davidson, 23, of Route 103 in Newbury on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Howlett Road in Bradford on Oct. 7, 2021.

Brandon S. Demers, 44, of West Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 23, 2021, in Concord.

Jacob Deveno, 46, of Chestnut Street in Franklin on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining items from two storage units in Franklin owned by other people on Aug. 17, 2021, and between Aug. 17 and Aug. 23, 2021.

Vincente Delarosa, 24, of Route 4 in Canaan in a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing others in danger while weaving through traffic on Interstate 93 in Concord, refusing to stop for state troopers, on Dec. 7, 2021. Nathan Dostie, 33, of North Hampton Road in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 24, 2021, in Concord.
