Concord Police Log: Hopkinton Teen Allegedly Assaults Woman

Plus, homeless woman charged with theft of services from a local motel; woman allegedly throws a bottle at a woman at the Pitman Apartments.

Joshua Scott, 26, a homeless man now located in Manchester, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2015, for felony possession of controlled drugs from a traffic stop on I-393 and I-93 on Dec. 23, 2013. He was arrested by Manchester Police. Scott is due in court on Sept. 28.

Shushil Neupane, 46, of Tsienneto Road in Derry, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Aug. 18, for conduct after an accident and moving a vehicle from July 30, 2015, at the Papa Gino’s on Loudon Road. He’s due in court on Sept. 28.

Rolando Jimenez, 19, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 2:47 a.m. on Aug. 17, for unlawful possession of alcohol after police were sent to an apartment building for a report of a person passed out in the main entryway of the building. Concord Fire and Rescue teams assisted at the scene. He’s due in court on Sept. 21.

Brandon J. Abbott, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5 a.m. on July 12, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road for a report of a man passed out in the lobby. The man, Abbott, had an active warrant out of Concord District Court from June 17, 2015, for nonappearance in court on a theft charge and was arrested.

April A. Peck, 46, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on Aug. 5, for theft of services, criminal trespass, default or breach of bail conditions, and consumption of liquor on private property from July 31, 2015, at the Days Inn on South Main Street. She’s due in court on Sept. 14.

Zeth M. Beall, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on July 30, on a warrant. Officers were sent to South Street and Thorndike for a report of a group of men running around on private property. The officers found four men in the parking lot of a residence. A resident stated that she was expected them to come by. One, Beall, however, had an active warrant and was arrested.

Ralph J. Willette III, 47, of Dominique Drive in Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on July 11, for five counts of default or breach of bail conditions. According to a court affidavit, Willette was arrested on July 5, 2015, for domestic simple assault and was due to be in court on Aug. 10, 2015. His bail conditions required that he stay away from the victim. The victim, however, alleged that on a number of occasions Willette had come within 300 feet of her. An officer measured the distances of the complaints and found they were within 300 feet, according to a court affidavit. The officer reached out to Willette about the situation and he allegedly got defensive and stated he would not be speaking with officers. About 10 minutes later, the victim received a text from a friend who alleged that Willette was heading to her home. Units were sent to Hampton Street and they made contact with Willette. He had allegedly been consuming alcohol, another alleged violation of his bail conditions, and was taken into custody. He was held on $10,000 cash bail.

Crystal M. Jaczuk, 38, of Pitman Street, received a summons at 2:20 p.m. on July 9, for domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to Pitman Street to follow-up with Concord Fire and Rescue teams about a head laceration from an assault. A woman alleged that a family member, Jaczuk, hit her in the back of the head with a water bottle. Jaczuk allegedly admitted to throwing the water bottle “out of anger but did not mean to hit her,” according to the report.

Albert Emery, 19, of Brockway Road in Hopkinton, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. on July 7, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and possession of controlled drugs. Officers were sent to the Concord Gardens apartment complex for a report of an assault. A woman alleged that Emery had pushed her to the floor. When officers arrived, Emery had allegedly fled the area, possibly to the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road, so other officers headed there to look for him. The woman stated that she had allowed him to stay at the apartment since he was homeless. She came home that day to find three strangers in the apartment. She alleged that Emery had needles, a spoon, a glass smoking piece, and cotton, and was possibly using heroin. The woman ordered him to leave and gave him some time to pack things up but he allegedly became angry, yelled, and attempted to swing at her. She put her arms up to defend herself and he allegedly grabbed her and pushed her down. While speaking to the victim, another officer arrested Emery at McDonald’s and allegedly found him to be in possession of a glass pipe with marijuana residue and a digital scale.

Shane S. Fifield, 22, of North Lafayette Street in Rochester, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on June 27, for criminal threatening, resisting arrest or detention, and a warrant. Officers were sent to the Loudon Road Dunkin’ Donuts for a harassment complaint. A woman stated that her boyfriend and the father of her daughter, Fifield, had made “concerning statements to her.” She alleged that Fifield threatened to kick a pregnant co-worker because he didn’t like her, according to the report. “(The woman) made a point to mention to me that Fifield has been physically abusive towards her in the past and that she would not put it past him to cause serious injury to anyone else.” A check yielded an active warrant out of Merrimack County for a probation violation. Officers and a sergeant began looking for Fifield and found him near the Everett Arena on Loudon Road. When he saw the officers, he reportedly fled. He was warned to stop repeatedly but allegedly ignored them. “I just want to get some cigarettes,” he reportedly yelled while heading to the Gully Hill Shell gas station. Officers caught up with him later and took him into custody. He was held without bail.

Corey J. Miller, 23, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. on June 26, on fraudulent use of a credit card and forgery charges. According to a court affidavit, in April, an employee of a local property management service was contacted about a possible fraudulent purchase made on his work credit card in December 2014 at Lowe’s. The man suspected that Miler, a relative, allegedly used the card. He reportedly stated that he had contacted Miller’s girlfriend about the stolen card and she allegedly stated that he had used it to buy a sander and then they returned the sander for gift cards, according to the report. On May 14, detectives met with Miller at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, where he was being held on other charges, and he allegedly admitted to the illegal use of the credit card. A warrant was filed on June 23, and he was charged later.

Craig A. Pickering, 38, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on June 16, on a felony fugitive from justice charge. An officer was sent to an apartment on Loudon Road for a report of a man unconscious and barely breathing. The man, Pickering, had a warrant for felony DUI, third offense, and other charges out of Florida from March. He was transported to Concord Hospital and later, arrested and held without bail.
