Concord Police Log: Man Charged with Indecent Exposure

Plus, Franklin teen busted for drugs; Allenstown man arrested for child pornography; man snooping around construction site on Airport Road.

Andrew Joseph Fraser, 32, of Vinton Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 24, criminal threatening at the TGI Fridays on Loudon Road on July 3, against a woman.

Henry Clay Burroughs, 64, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Sept. 24, on an indecent exposure and lewdness charge from 2 p.m. on Sept. 1, on Pleasant Street. He allegedly exposed himself to an adult woman on the porch of the halfway house at the intersection at Merrimack Street.

Stephen M. Foster, 41, of Prospect Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Sept. 24, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration charges. An officer on patrol ran a plate on a Buick and it came back that the owner had a suspended registration. The vehicle was stopped and Foster was arrested.

Joshua C. Kennard, 39, of Mountain Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on Sept. 25, on a criminal trespass charge from May 26. Officers were called to Penuche’s in Bicentennial Square at around 11:39 p.m. for an unwanted guest but the officers couldn’t locate the man with the description. The bar manager stated that the man, Kennard, had a no trespass letter but was sitting in front of the establishment. Since he left, the bar was going to drop the matter. However, about an hour later, the officer, while parked in the square, saw Kennard allegedly walking toward the bar. The officer went to speak with him and he reportedly denied being at the bar earlier but stated he was sitting on a bench outside the bar. He was told that the bench was part of the bar’s property and he agreed to stay away. However, Kennard had an active warrant, so he was arrested.

Daniel Thomas Bain, 29, of Boston Hill Road in Andover, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Sept. 25, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges. Bain, while driving a Honda Civic, was pulled over on North State Street by the prison for reportedly doing 44 in a 30 mph zone. Bain allegedly “appeared extremely nervous and shaky while avoiding eye contact with (the officer).” The officer allegedly smelled marijuana coming from the car and when asked about it, Bain allegedly relinquished a glass pipe and baggie of marijuana and was arrested.

Jennifer L. Harrison, 28, of Cedar Street in Manchester, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Sept. 25, on felony forgery and receiving stolen property charges from a June 8, incident at the Granite State Credit Union on Sheep Davis Road.

Mark Hinton, 29, of Washington Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Sept. 25, was arrested on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges. Officers were sent to NHTI for a report of an unwanted guest. A campus safety employee alleged that there was a subject who “may have been on some kind of drug.” The officer spoke to the man, who reportedly called himself “Jamerson Hinton.” Hinton allegedly was carrying a knife and was asked to allow it to be removed for safety reasons and while doing that, Hinton allegedly grabbed the officer’s arm. Another officer grabbed onto Hinton and he was taken to the ground and arrested. He was held without bail.

Wilson A. Spencer, 44, of Maplewood Lane in Concord, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Sept. 25, on a felony possession of controlled drugs charge and resisting arrest or detention. An officer was sent to Airport Road near Russell for a report of a “suspicious person canvassing a construction site.” The officer couldn’t find anyone but search the area. Along the wood line near 90 Airport Road, the officer saw a man walking into the woods and ordered the man to come back out. The man didn’t so a sergeant and other officers arrived to assist, surrounding the area. The officers entered the woods and reportedly found a man matching the description, Spencer, laying face down on the ground. He was taken into custody for resisting. During a search, police allegedly found a 25 mg tablet of M Amphet, Salts in his pocket.

Anthony Tylor Dean, 18, of Baldwin Street in Franklin, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Sept. 26, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges. An officer saw a Honda Accord driving slowly and drifting back and forth on North State Street and pulled the vehicle over. The teen, Dean, apologized to the officer and stated he was just pulled over by Boscawen Police and given a $206 speeding ticket, so he was upset. The officer allegedly smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and when questioned about it, allegedly handed the officer a baggie of marijuana from the center console. He was later arrested.

Christine Anne Jacob, 33, of Washington Street in Penacook, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on Sept. 26, on a bench warrant on a controlled drugs charge out of Concord District Court, and a nonpayment of fines charge, $629 cash to settle. She was arrested after a traffic stop on Loudon Road and Fort Eddy Road.

Austin Holton, 19, of Young Drive in Allenstown, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on Sept. 26, on two felony counts of child pornography from an alleged incident on Perley Street on Oct. 11, 2013.

Cassandra Marrow, 46, of Old Turnpike Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:54 a.m. on Sept. 26, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. While on North Main Street, an officer ran a check on a Jeep Wrangler and found that the owner, Marrow, had suspended registrations and a suspended license. The vehicle was pulled over on Loudon Road. After talking with Marrow, she was arrested. Before being taken into custody, she allegedly handed the officer a marijuana cigarette. Her registration and license were suspended on Sept. 18, for default of a court summons.

Susan M. Bowie, 57, of Third Range Road in Pembroke, received a summons at 10:05 a.m. on Sept. 26, for operating without a valid license. She was stopped outside of Newicks on Loudon Road after an officer saw her Chrysler without an inspection sticker leaving the Shaw’s Supermarket parking lot on D’Amante Drive.

John T. Cadiero, 43, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on Sept. 26, on a disorderly conduct charge on Sept. 7, at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road.

Sean M. Dashnaw, 24, of South Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on Sept. 26, on a conduct after an accident charge from Aug. 17, on Washington Street.

Logan Storm Locke, 17, of Park Street in Northfield, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 26, on a bail jumping charge from Aug. 4, at Sixth Circuit Court.
