Concord Woman Arrested On DUI Charge After Downtown Crash: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jennifer Marie Brunsell, 46, of Concord was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2022, on a breach of bail charge. She was arrested after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Nicole Flood, 32, a homeless woman now in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Nov. 17 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Home Depot on D’Amante Drive.

Samantha Jean Conklin, 26, of Sunapee was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Nov. 17 on a warrant. She was arrested on South Main Street.

Victoria Nikolla Resnick, born 1960, of Concord was arrested at 11:17 p.m. on Oct. 29 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, obstruct report of crime-injury, and domestic violence-obstruct report of crime-injury charges. She was arrested after an incident on Thackeray Road.

Marcialiced A. Arrendondo, born 1987, of Hudson was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Oct. 29 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Margaritas on Bicentennial Square.

Andrew Hans Stockhausen, 25, of Merrimack was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on Oct. 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Chase Street.

Jesse L. Cleasby, 37, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 29 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge, after an incident at the Courtyard by Marriot Hotel on Constitution Avenue.

Ashton Everett Garland, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Oct. 8 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. Garland was arraigned on Oct. 11 in Merrimack County Superior Court. He is due back in court on March 9, 2023. The case against Garland was from an incident on June 9.

Arica E. Siegel, born 1983, of Exeter was arrested ta 5:10 p.m. on Oct. 8 on identity fraud and false report to law enforcement charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jeremiah R. Goodbread, 45, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 6 p.m. on Oct. 8 after an incident at Big Jim’s on South Main Street.

Pacifique Izerimana, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 4:50 a.m. on Oct. 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on North State Street.
