Concord Woman Arrested on Meth Dealing Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Patrick Mukenke, year of birth 1990, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 1:19 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for operating without a valid license. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Pleasant Street Extension near the Chi Cha Hookah bar.

Michele L. Brien, YOB 1979, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism and possession of controlled drugs. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Manchester Street.

Amanda L. Morin, YOB 1987, of Glass Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs after an alleged incident at police headquarters.

Tammara Ipock, YOB 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Jan. 30, 2017, for theft by deception after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Ashley M. Brickley, YOB 1997, of Asby Road in Canterbury, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Jan. 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Thorndike Street.

Alan K. Edwards, YOB 1970, of Ingles Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 5:27 a.m. on Jan. 31, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at police headquarters.

Matthew P. Lebell, YOB 1972, of Webster Mills Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Jan. 31, 2017, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Regional Drive.

Shawn Mounsey, YOB 1984, of Wilson Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on Jan. 31, 2017, for conduct after an accident and operating without a valid license. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Perley Street near the American Legion hall.

Tracy M. Hebert, 40, file photo, of Myrtle Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2017, on three felony counts of sale of controlled drugs-methamphetamine. According to an affidavit filed in November 2016, a detective allegedly negotiated three meth purchases from Hebert. The first alleged sale was on Oct. 6, 2016, on Hall Street. The second was Oct. 11, 2016, on Fayette Street, according to the affidavit. A third alleged sale occurred two days later at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street. The value of the alleged transactions was $200, according to the affidavit.
