Elderly Manchester Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charge: Court Roundup

MA man indicted on child assault charge; Concord woman indicted on habitual offender, drug charges; Allenstown man faces car theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Shaun Demanche, 41, of Paradise Lane in Auburn on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of threatening to kill a person and their family if they pressed charges against him on Jan. 30 in Allenstown.

Leo Dennehy, 53, of Whitten Street in Allenstown on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2017 Nissan Altima, owned by Merchants Auto and believing that it had probably been stolen, on March 15 in Allenstown.

Todd Dovholuk, 43, of Okane Avenue in Bethlehem on receiving stolen property and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of trading in a Trek bike with Trek Bikes of Concord for another bike even though he did not own the original bike on Feb. 12.

Edward Martin Jaquez Duarte, 48, of Chandler Street in Nashua on identity fraud, forgery, and title fraud charges, all felonies. He was accused of posing as another person to obtain money, credit, and goods by getting a New Hampshire license in another person’s name on June 20, 2017, and acting as another on a certificate and title for a 2007 Mazda 6 in Concord on Dec. 4, 2017.

Danielle Fabrizio, 42, of Donald Drive in Goffstown on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of attempting to steal items from Walmart in Hooksett on May 8 after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Jacqueline E. Geoffrey, 33, of High Street in Antrim on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of failing to scan merchandise in the self-checkout at Walmart in Concord on Dec. 29, 2021, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Rudolph Harris, 47, of Carolyn Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a first-degree assault charge. He was accused of assaulting a child under 13 by “inflicting non-accidental trauma in the form of retinal hemorrhaging” resulting in a physical disability likely to be permanent on Sept. 19, 2021, in Hooksett.

Devin A. Kane, 44, of Hobart Hill Road in Hebron on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge after being accused of stealing items from Lowe’s in Concord on April 23. Twice before, Kane has been convicted on theft charges.

Robin Lane, 54, of North State Street in Concord on motor vehicle; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and fentanyl and cocaine, fentanyl, and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Water Street in Concord on April 4 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Previously, according to the indictment, Lane was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2018.

Raymond Leggett, 85, of Front Street in Manchester on a felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a girl between June 1, and June 30, 2018, in Concord.
