Felon Indicted On Meth Dealing, Weapon Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: New Ipswich stalker indicted on new charges; Raymond man indicted on reckless conduct charge; accused fentanyl dealer indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently by a Merrimack County grand jury.

Maria A. Moriarty, 40, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge from April 28 in Concord.

Ashley M. Nelson, 35, of McHugh Lane in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, on two felony possession of a controlled drug, xylazine and fentanyl mix and methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, and buprenorphine mix, charges in Franklin on April 15.

Richard Nelson, 41, imprisoned at the time of the indictment, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge on Jan. 20 at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.

Jonathan C. Nile, 24, of High Street in Bristol on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 19, 2022, in Franklin.

Sean Nolan, 38, imprisoned at the time of the indictment, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge after an incident on the Suncook Valley Highway on June 25 in Epsom.

Halil E. Oruc, 34, of Poplar Drive in Raymond on a felony reckless conduct charge — accused of driving on Interstate 93 south in Concord in a dangerous manner, at a high rate of speed, and causing near collisions with other vehicles on May 17.

Anthony E. Pedra, 40, of Second Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charges, both felonies, on Feb. 21 in Hooksett.

Karim E. Peters, 42, of Creamery Street in Plainfield, Vermont, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on March 10 in Bow.

Dylan Peterson, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of possessing a mix of para-fluorofentanyl and fentanyl on April 10 in Boscawen.

Benjamin M. Piche, 34, of Timbertop Road in New Ipswich on two felony stalking charges. He was accused of violating a protective order in Hooksett on June 18 and June 21 after being convicted previously within the last seven years.

Tom Pillsbury, 33, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, and three pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, two switchblades and brass knuckles, charges, all felonies, in Concord on April 18. Christal Leigh Porter, 37, a homeless woman now located in New London, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on April 1.
