“When police told her to get out of her car, Hodgdon started the vehicle and fled the scene onto Lake Shore Road, leading police on a low-speed chase onto the Route 3 and 11 Bypass and then onto Route 106 toward Loudon, according to authorities,” according to the report.

New Hampshire State Police, on Route 106 duty for New Hampshire Motor Speedway events, reportedly used stop sticks in an attempt to stop Hodgdon. She allegedly lost control of her vehicle, skidded, and stopped.

While trying to arrest her, she allegedly kicked and punched officers and attempted to grab one of their firearms, according to the report.

Hodgdon, according to reports on Concord NH Patch, was arrested in January and March of this year on theft and drug charges – fentanyl – as well as bench warrants, after allegedly stealing copper, gift cards, loose change, and spices. In September 2015, she was arrested for criminal mischief and default or breach of bail conditions for allegedly smashing the windshield of a man’s vehicle. The previous month she was arrested for operating without a valid license. She was convicted of the same charge in March 2012.
