CONCORD, NH — Last week's Fugitive of the Week, a convicted drug dealer on escape status after reportedly walking away from a halfway house in Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested Tuesday in Burlington, Vermont, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Louis Bradley Tobin, 32, was serving part of a conspiracy to possess heroin with intent to distribute sentence when he is accused of fleeing the halfway house on Aug. 15. He was placed on federal escape status and the District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been searching for him ever since.

Via an anonymous tip, marshals were told that Tobin was visiting a friend at a hospital in Burlington Tuesday, according to Deputy Jeffrey White.

"Deputy U.S. Marshals responded to the hospital, where they located and arrested Tobin without incident," White said.
