Henniker Man Indicted After Shooting Incident: Superior Court Roundup

Drug, burglary, other indictments in Concord; Franklin man faces strangulation charge; man accused of spitting on a corrections officer.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Ryan A. Nunley, 41, of Weare Road in Henniker on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun into the ground in the vicinity of another person on Jan. 24, in Henniker.

Shaun R. Ortiz, 33, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of spitting on a corrections officer on Nov. 22, 2021, at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.

Mark J. Ouellette, 35, of Friendship Avenue in Suncook on assaults by prisoners and witness tampering charges, both felonies. He was accused of assaulting another inmate at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen and attempting to induce a witness in his case to “do the right thing” and “just don’t show up” on March 5.

Jay M. Pease, 34, a homeless man now located in Holderness, on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on South Spring Street in Concord on March 30 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Nicole J. Pelky, 26, of Adams Avenue in Allenstown on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Sept. 20, 2021, in Franklin.

Nesly Percy, 35, of Cartier Street in Manchester on title fraud and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a 2021 BMW X1 that he knew to be or was probably knew was stolen and altered the title to one from Texas with intent to commit fraud on Oct. 20, 2021, in Concord.

Dylan Peterson, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing an Alice Drive home with the intent to steal items on May 30, 2020, in Concord.

Becky Ramirez, 46, of Thorndike Street in Concord on a felony conspiracy-delivery of articles to prisoners charge. She was accused of working with Scott Ford to smuggle drugs into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on May 8, 2021, the indictment said.

Tracey Rhude, 54, of Buck Street in Pembroke on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. She was accused of driving on Pembroke Street in Pembroke while under the influence of liquor or drugs and causing a crash with serious bodily injury on Nov. 22, 2021.

Charles Ryan, 24, of North Main Street in Concord on possession of buprenorphine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Jan. 5 in Concord.

Kyle Smith, 34, of Griffin Road in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on March 27 in Franklin.
