Indiana Felon Indicted On 5 Gun Possession Charges In Concord: Superior Court Roundup

Woman indicted for hiding accused sexual assaulter inside house; felon indicted on gun, meth charges; Alton man indicted on robbery charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Alisha Anderson, 36, of Eastern Avenue in Concord on a felony hindering apprehension or prosecution charge. She was accused of hiding Donald Desmaris in her apartment and denied having seen him for weeks after being informed there were aggravated felonious sexual assault charges against him on or about Oct. 9, 2023.

Richard Beaudet, 60, of Varney Street in Manchester on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Dicandra Drive in Bow on Sept. 23, 2023, after the NH DMV certified him as a habitual offender.

Timothy Belcourt, 49, of Shaw Road in Northfield on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge in Hopkinton on Nov. 15, 2023.

Justin Bennett, 40, of River Road in Allenstown on felony in possession and possession of meth charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a 9 mm handgun and the drug in Concord on July 11, 2023. Bennett is a felon due to a burglary conviction in Hillsborough County in July 2015. Jason Malo, 26, of Stockbridge Center Road in Alton on second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence and two robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of using force to steal a purse, strangling an intimate partner, and threatening to punch her, saying, “Give me your money or I will punch you, or words to that effect, in Concord on Sept. 27, 2023. Logan B. Markham, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 29, 2023, in Concord.

Alyson K. Orchard, 27, of Western Avenue in Henniker on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 6, 2023, in Henniker.

Parker Peavey, 18, of Summer Street in Penacook on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 7, 2023, in Concord.

Antonio J. Perillo, 27, of Pasture Drive in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Concord on July 29, 2023, after previously being convicted on receiving stolen property in Belknap County Superior Court in October 2016 and theft in Rockingham County Superior Court in November 2019.

Dylan Peterson, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, on possession of fentanyl, possession of clonazepam, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and removing them from his person while in the back of a police cruiser on April 8, 2023, in Concord.

Jamie Lee Potter, 38, of North State Road in Pierceton, Indiana, or homeless in Concord, on five felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing two revolvers, two 12-gauge shotguns, and a 9 mm handgun in Concord on Oct. 3, 2023. Potter is a felon due to a criminal confinement conviction in January 2018 in St. Joseph County IN Superior Court. Larry W. Regan, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on possession of clonazepam, possession of fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and throwing them in the bushes while fleeing from Concord police on Oct. 9, 2023.
