Loudon Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charges: Court Roundup

Henniker, Hooksett residents indicted on forgery charges; Bradford woman accused of keying SUV; convicted stalker indicted on more charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Megan R. Champagne, 33, of Valley Street in Hooksett, on controlled drug act-fentanyl and methamphetamine and two forgery charges, all felonies. The drug charge stems from an incident on North Main Street in Concord on April 10, 2019. The forgery charges center around two uttered checks valued at $475, from another person's account. At the time of the forgeries, Champagne was out on bail from the Plaistow Circuit Court on December 2018.

Cameron K. Chung, 30, of Bradford Road in Henniker, on three felony forgery charges. He's accused of uttering checks for $3,005 from another person's account in December 2018 at TD Bank locations in Concord.

Keith Colado, 44, pictured center right, of North State Street in Concord, on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-fentanyl, buprenorphine charges. The charges stem from an incident in Concord on May 23.

Samantha J. Conklin, 23, of Breezy Hill Road in Bradford, on a felony criminal mischief charge. On May 30 in Newbury, she is accused of keying a Honda CR-V owned by a man, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage.

Adam J. Cordano, 37, center left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on theft by deception, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges. He accused, on April 9, of stealing a woman's cellphone in Concord and creating the false impression that he would return it after making a call. On April 27, he's accused of stealing $35.47 worth of items at Hannaford in Franklin. The drug charge stems from an incident in Boscawen on July 22. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of receiving stolen property in September 2017 in Merrimack County Superior Court and theft in October 2017 in Concord District Court.

Brandon T. Corliss, 29, right, of Manchester Street in Concord, on three felony stalking charges. In July and August, while in Concord, he was accused of being within 500 feet of a woman's home in violation of a protective order. Previously, according to the indictment, Corliss has been convicted one or more times on stalking charges.

Stephen Cote, 36, homeless, on a felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on March 23 in Concord.

Jesse Delgreco, 31, of Bremer Street in Hooksett, on a felony theft charge. On June 2, he's accused of stealing merchandise from the Target in Concord. Twice before, he was previously convicted of theft charges.

Tyler J. Dempsey, 23, left, of Pleasant Street in Loudon, on negligent homicide-driving under the influence and negligent homicide charges, both felonies. He's accused of causing the death of Ryan Christie while driving drunk on Bee Hole Road in Loudon on June 16.

James E. Dimond, 38, of Salisbury Road in Franklin on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on July 19 in Franklin.
