Maine Woman Arrested On Stalking, Bail Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Jose Samuel Harris, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 7:29 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2020, on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident at 174 Loudon Road.

Omar Hutchinson, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on Aug. 22 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested in the South Main and Hall streets area of the city.

Christopher D. Wood, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 12:19 a.m. on Aug. 21 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident in the North End-Washington Street area of the city.

Tamara Ann Ipock, 38, of Concord was arrested on two bench warrants and a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at the railroad tracks on Storrs Street at 1:10 p.m. on Aug. 20. She is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Oct. 15. Ipock was previously found guilty on drug possession and escape charges in June 2017 in Belknap County and theft by deception in Merrimack County in July 2017.

Nina A. Timney, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 18 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on South State Street.

Adade M. Aboussa, born 1988, of Concord received a summons at 8:35 a.m. on Aug. 18 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Rite Aid on North State Street.

David Bickford, 26, of Laconia received a summons at 6:19 p.m. on Aug. 15 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident in the Storrs Street area of the city. Previously, according to court documents, he has been convicted of robbery, theft, kidnapping, and violation of probation charges connected to cases in Belknap County between 2012 and 2016.

Scott Raymond Arnold, born 1993, of Concord received a summons on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges at 10:17 p.m. on Aug. 14 after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Emily Libby, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on Aug. 14 on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges after an incident in the Fisherville Road area of the city.
