Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Concord Gardens: Log

Police: Canterbury woman charged with second DWI; man arrested for assaulting cops after allegedly falling asleep in another man's Mustang.

CONCORD, NH - Adade Aboussa, 27, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:23 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2016, on two counts of driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Liberty Street for driving through an intersection without stopping at School and Liberty streets. Aboussa handed the officer a license but a check yielded that it was suspended three days before for default court summons. There was also an active warrant from an incident on Jan. 17, 2016, under another license with the name “Mawouko Aboussa.” He is due in court on March 14.

Angela M. Lamprey, 47, of Lamprey Road in Canterbury, was arrested at 11:27 p.m. on Jan. 24, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-second offense. While driving north on I-93 near Exit 16, an officer reportedly had a vehicle pull up behind him, flashing high beams to move over. The officer moved over and then followed the vehicle for a bit. After passing other cars, the officer pulled the vehicle over, and the driver allegedly was seen “slamming her hands against the steering wheel,” according to the report. The officer spoke to the driver – Lamprey – about why she reportedly flashed her high beams and she stated that she didn’t know what was in front of her. She allegedly smelled like alcohol and the officer asked her how much she had to drink and then, after a field sobriety test, was arrested. During the booking process, Lamprey allegedly “experienced drastic mood swings,” according to the report. The officer also learned that she was convicted of driving under the influence in June 2012. She was arraigned on Feb. 8.

Trina A. Bachman, 40, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Jan. 23, 2016, on a warrant out of Pembroke on a drugs act charge. She was arrested at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road and transported to Integra Drive where she was released to a Pembroke officer.

Kevin A. Dodge, 30, of Pearl Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, on a bench warrant, false inspection or registration sticker, and unregistered vehicle after a traffic stop on Sewalls Falls Road for an expired inspection sticker. He had an active warrant for nonappearance in Keene District Court, $459 cash to settle, and he was arrested. When asked about what looked like fake registration stickers, he allegedly stated that they were homemade because he couldn’t afford to register the car, according to an arrest report. Dodge is due in court on March 14.

Benjamin M. Bundy, 30, of Harvest Road in Chichester, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2016, on two counts of falsifying physical evidence and crimes committed while out of bail, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Long Meadow Drive. Bundy was arrested outside of Milano’s on Broadway. He was held on $40,000 cash bail.

Mohamed E. Abdallaadam, 45, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2016, for indecent exposure and lewdness from an alleged incident on Jan. 18, 2016, at Concord Gardens. He is due in court on Feb. 29.

Joshua M. Davis, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2016, for criminal trespass, two counts of simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. Police were sent to North Main Street for a report of an intoxicated man asleep in the back of another person’s Ford Mustang convertible. When they arrived, they tried to wake up the man, who was “asleep and drooling on himself in the front passenger seat of the vehicle, facing the driver’s side of the vehicle,” according to an arrest report. After several minutes, the subject woke up and officers helped him sit up. The man – Davis – allegedly stated that he wanted to be left alone but was told he couldn’t sleep in another person’s car. He allegedly smelled like alcohol, according to the report. When officers tried to get him out, he allegedly tensed up and elbowed one of the officers in the face, according to the arrest report. Officers then took him to the ground and he allegedly continued to resist while being put into handcuffs. After getting control of him, he was taken to police headquarters were he allegedly was “verbally aggressive” and urinated on the floor of a holding cell. Davis was then escorted out of headquarters to be transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections. He then allegedly “wrapped his right leg around (a lieutenant’s) right leg in an attempt to gain control of him,” according to a court affidavit.

Spencer P. Boggis, 23, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2016, driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs after a traffic stop on Loudon Road after a check finding that the driver had a suspended license. The officer went to speak to the driver – Boggis – and alleged there was an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. When asked if there was pot in the car, he allegedly stated, “There’s just a little bit,” according to an arrest report. His license was suspended the week before for default court summons. He was arrested and arraigned on Feb. 22.

Brittany L. Tirrell, 34, of Beacon Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers and a sergeant were sent to Beacon Street for a domestic incident between a couple. They spoke with Tirrell who alleged that the couple had an argument five days before, hadn’t spoken, and then, began arguing again, according to an arrest report. They spoke with the man who confirmed her statement but stated that she allegedly slapped him in the back of the head. The officer spoke to both parties again and witnesses and then, arrested Tirrell. She was arraigned the next day.
