Manchester Man Arrested On Burglary, Assault Charges: Cop Log

Plus: Nashua woman charged with DUI; North Carolina woman arrested on interlock device, open container charges; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Brian Szarka, born 1969, of Concord was arrested at 9 a.m. on Dec. 4 on a warrant at police headquarters.

Patrick Stephen Walsh, born 1959, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on Dec. 2 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.

Alexandra Davis Eckersley, 25, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on Nov. 28 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Todd Michael Horstkotte, 50, of Concord was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 26 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, more than $1,501, after an incident at Banks Chevrolet on Manchester Street.

Aimee James, born 1979, of Clayton, North Carolina, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on Nov. 24 on driving after revocation or suspension, motor vehicle not equipped with interlock device, and open container charges after an incident on Manchester Street.

Justin Gardner Martin, 34, of Manchester was arrested at 2:37 p.m. on Nov. 23 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges as well as felony burglary, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges and also theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions and theft by unauthorized taking, more than $1,501-plus charges. All the charges were connected to incidents at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Katherine Suzanne Ronzio, born 1987, of Nashua was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on Nov. 21 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at Burger King on Hall Street.

Adeana Marie Silfies, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on Nov. 21 criminal trespass, two simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault, and two criminal mischief charges. She was arrested after an incident on Wood Avenue.

Jeffrey M. Guillemette, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 19 on driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant after an incident on East Side Drive.

Colin P. White, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on Nov. 18 on criminal trespass and two breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to the Hotel Concord on South Main Street for an unwanted guest. A man, with a man bun in a brown coat, was sleeping in a hotel bathroom, dispatch said. When they arrived, they found White, who was known to the officers due to prior police contacts, sleeping in the bathroom. After lightly nudging him several times, he woke up and began slurring his words, the affidavit stated. White had an active warrant for breach of bail and criminal trespass and was arrested. During processing, the officer accused him of being “volatile toward the bail commissioner and me” and he was “unable to keep himself standing and was swaying throughout the process.” The bail commissioner had him held on preventive detention. “Colin became upset at this and started to yell,” the report said, before he was taken to county.

David Dubuc, born 1967, of Windham was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on Nov. 18 on two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident on South Main Street.
