Manchester Man Indicted On Henniker Negligent Homicide Drunken Driving Charges: Roundup

Plus: Concord drug indictments; Franklin felon indicted on Bow gun, knife charges; homeless sex offender faces 2 registration indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Kylie M. Magoon, 28, of Nashua Road in Bedford on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on North Main Street in Franklin on Aug. 21 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Matthew Malloy, 57, of Fern Lane in Manchester on negligent homicide-DUI, reckless conduct, two counts of second-degree assault, and two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, all felonies. He was accused of driving drunk, driving into the wrong side of the road, striking a car, and causing injuries and the death of Phyllis Anderson on Route 114 in Henniker on April 25.

Corissa L. Markham, 51, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on June 26.

Logan B. Markham, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, on crime while released on bail-possession of meth and crime while released on bail-falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and hiding a piece of tinfoil under a car seat to impair an investigation on July 7 in Concord while out on bail.

Bonnie L. Messier, 41, of Diana Road in Northfield on a felony possession of meth charge on July 8 in Franklin.

Rodney J. Moody, 53, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to register as a sex offender with Concord police on April 8 and July 19. Moody is a sex offender due to an attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault-child under 13 conviction in Belknap County Superior Court in April 1998.

Kevin D. Muzzey, 55, of Prospect Street in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing aluminum rims from Moses Auto Body in Franklin on June 19. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft-related offenses.

Julia M. Petrillo, 25, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 27 in Concord.

Thomas Pillsbury, 33, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 from Lowe’s in Concord on July 2.

Adam M. Roz, 49, of Hill Road in Franklin on handguns-armed career criminal, receiving stolen property-firearm, and two counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen 9 mm handgun and a double-edged blade knife in Bow on May 30 after being convicted on more than three felony charges between 2018 and 2020.
