Massachusetts Man Faces Felony Forgery, Theft Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Dylan Harrington Peterson, 29, of Hopkinton was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on Jan. 8, 2023, on a bench warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Christopher J. Bonk, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Jan. 8 on criminal threatening and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident on Broad Cove Drive.

Timothy C. Casey, 20, of Pembroke was arrested at 3:26 a.m. on Jan. 8 on two domestic violence-stalking and two breach of bail charges after an incident on Donovan Street.

Kevin A. Vacca, 37, of Hunt Road in Oakham, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on Jan. 4 on forgery and theft by deception-$1,501+ charges, both felonies. Around 1 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2022, an officer was sent to the Bank of New Hampshire on Triangle Park Drive for a past-tense fraud involving a Massachusetts resident cashing a check. The check was drawn on the account of USA Ninja Challenger Franchising in Concord for $2,881.63, made out to Vacca. The MA DMV photo on file for Vacca matched the security video at the bank, an officer noted in an affidavit. A company representative said he was unfamiliar with Vacca and did not know why he had one of their checks. Later, the company representative stated they spoke to a vendor, who did not receive a check, and suspected it was that check that was altered or forged. A warrant was issued for Vacca’s arrest in late November.

Lakeisha M. Allen, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on Dec. 28, 2022, on a simple assault charge after an incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Steven D. Wright, born 1967, of Pembroke was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Dec. 28 on two criminal mischief charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Concord Food Coop on South Main Street.

Eric Bachati, born 1990, of Manchester was arrested at 5:07 p.m. on Dec. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension-DUI charge on Hall Street.

Logan Markham, 23, of Loudon was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Dec. 28 on a bench warrant after an incident at the 7-Eleven on South Main Street.

Larry Davenport, 47, of Concord was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on Dec. 27 on stalking and breach of bail charges as well as a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Pleasant Street in the area of Concord High School.
