Pittsfield Felon Arrested On Methamphetamine Sale, Weapon Charges: Concord Police Log

Woman charged twice in 14 hours; elderly man faces criminal threatening, disorderly conduct charges; man faces stalking, bail charges.

CONCORD, NH — Jessica L. Ehrgott, 41, of Concord received a summons at 5:40 p.m. on April 28, 2023, on an unofficial inspection-registration decal after an incident at 191 Loudon Road.

Casey James Hynes, 32, of Concord was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on April 28 on two bench warrants after an incident at Salisbury Green on Loudon Road.

Thomas M. Pillsbury, 33, of Pittsfield was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on April 28 on possession of a controlled drug, controlled drug: sale, etc.-methamphetamine, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and three felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Interstate 93 northbound Exit 14 offramp.

Jason Henderson, 52, of Nashua was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on April 28 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Jasmine E. Dargon, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 7:56 p.m. on April 27 on a bench warrant after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Police also gave her a summons at 10:38 a.m. on April 28 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge. The charge was connected to an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Shawn Michael McKay, 45, of Manchester was arrested at 6:35 a.m. on April 28 on driving after revocation or suspension charge and failure to use required turn signal violation after an incident on Hall Street.

Kristen D. Levesque, born 1985, of Concord was arrested on two bench warrants at 1:39 a.m. on April 28 and a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 296 S. Main St.

Dylan Harrington Peterson, 29, of Concord was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on April 27 on a bench warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on a burglary charge out of Concord in May 2020. Peterson also has an active drug possession charge in Belknap County Superior Court after an incident in Laconia in February.

Peter L. Carter, 78, of Concord was given a summons on at 7 p.m. on April 27 on criminal threatening and disorderly conduct charges. He was charged after an incident at Gibson’s Bookstore on South Main Street.

Kenneth Joe Robbins, 28, of Concord was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on April 27 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Golden Nozzle Car Wash on Loudon Road. In May 2022, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge after an incident in Concord in April 2021. Other charges were dropped. In January, he was accused of violating probation and failed to attend a hearing on March 2. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He was released on bail on March 14. However, another warrant was issued for his arrest on Tuesday. Robbins has another hearing on Friday.

Ian A. Murray, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on April 27 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Laurel Street.
