Pittsfield Man Indicted On School Shooting Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Belmont man indicted on reckless conduct, drug dealing charges; Manchester stalker accused of stalking again; Concord drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Doran Garland, 41, of White Mountain Highway in Sanbornville on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. On Dec. 5, 2021, Garland was accused of stealing items from Walmart and Bass Pro Shops in Hooksett after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Justin Gebo, 27, of Main Street in Belmont on reckless conduct, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, all felonies. He was accused of driving a 2019 Indian motorcycle in a dangerous manner on North Main Street in Franklin — 70 mph in a 30 mph, according to police, while passing vehicles and north in the southbound lane on July 15.

Cory A. George, 33, of Bridge Street in Andover on controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth and an amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, both felonies, in Concord on July 23.

Jeremiah R. Goodbread, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-meth on April 29 in Concord.

Matthew Ham, 45, of Stevens Drive in Concord on a possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, psilocin and psilocybin, charge on July 29 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2018.

Guy Hanson, 62, of Prescott Road in Pittsfield on two felony criminal threatening charges as well as misdemeanor criminal threatening, two false public alarm, and two false report to law enforcement counts. He was accused of writing school shooting warnings that were false and mass violence threats on paper plates at the New Hampshire Liquor Store in Epsom and on a public utility pole in Pittsfield on May 27. Erica L. Hardwick, 37, of Swett Road in Pittsfield on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge on South Main Street in Concord on Aug. 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kevin Harrington, 44, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 10 on South Commercial Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in March.

Jonathan Hayward, 28, of Cheney Place in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of stalking a woman with a protective order in Hooksett on Aug. 3 after previously being convicted on a stalking charge within the past seven years.

Nicole Hollins, 36, of Trail Street in Franklin on a felony possession of meth charges on July 19 in Franklin.
