Rochester Man Arrested On Theft, Falsifying Evidence Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Samantha Lee Lebron, born 1994, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, received a summons at 8:28 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2023, on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.

Tracy James Blodgett, 56, of Concord was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 2 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. He failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on a dispositional conference hearing on Oct. 30 on a felony theft charge out of Concord from April.

Makeeva Laroche, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Nov. 2 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. Also arrested was Anthony J. Cicirelli, 39, of Concord was also charged with a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet at 80 Storrs St.

Jason Fencik, 42, of Concord was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Nov. 2 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at U-Haul at 29 Stickney Avenue.

Christopher T. Willott, 31, of Concord was arrested at 1:12 a.m. on Nov. 2 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Neil Ryan Corson, 40, of Concord was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on Oct. 19 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St. He is due for an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on Nov. 9.

Zachary I. Parent, 36, of Rochester was arrested at 3:47 p.m. on Oct. 16 on a theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the TD Bank at 277 Sheep Davis Road.

Desiree Danielle Bellio, 40, of Manchester was arrested at 5 p.m. on Oct. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Dylan F. Shattuck, born 1998, of Salisbury was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 13 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at Margaritas at 1 Bicentennial Square.

Alyson Kathleen Orchard, 27, of Henniker received a summons at 3:27 p.m. on Oct. 13 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Common Man event parking lot at 19 Water St. She failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court at the arraignment of a felony controlled drug: acts prohibited charge out of Henniker from August. Orchard has a dispositional conference hearing on Dec. 14.
