Second Man Charged After NH GOP HQ Burglary: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kenny Joe Robbins, 27, of Concord was arrested at 5 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2021, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on Fisherville Road. Robbins has 14 active drug possession charges out of Concord and Hopkinton as well as stalking and breach of bail charges making their way through Merrimack County Superior Court.

Patrick Stephen Walsh, 62, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on Dec. 16 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident in the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Kevin M. Seaver, 58, of Concord received a summons at 3:37 a.m. on Dec. 16 on a bench warrant after an incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on Manchester Street.

Miles Arthur Chadwick Anderson, 32, of Concord was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on Dec. 15 on a felony burglary charge as well as criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000. He was arrested after an incident at the New Hampshire Republican State Committee building on Water Street.

Cameron Brian Reynolds, 27, of Concord was cited at 4:19 p.m. on Dec. 14 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Jo Ann Fabrics on Storrs Street.

Gary Poulin, 37, of Concord was cited at 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Broadway near the fire station.

Morton Porter, born 1979, of Concord received a summons at 11:08 a.m. on Dec. 12 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at Regal Cinemas on Loudon Road.

Patrick Anthony Mercier, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on Dec. 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Alyssa Farrell McKenna, born 1990, of Manchester was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on Dec. 9 on a driving under the influence charge on South Main Street.

Grace Emma Parker, born 2002, of Bow received a summons at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 7 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on East Side Drive.

Adam Joseph Dolloff, 31, of Holderness was arrested at 11:47 a.m. on Dec. 6 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street. He has an active felony unauthorized use of a vehicle charge out of New Durham.
