Second Man Indicted In Pembroke Burglary Spree Case: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Nikolas Carr, 27, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on six counts of conspiracy-burglary and four counts of conspiracy-theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. He was accused of working in concert with Ryan Cormier, according to the indictment, to burglarize homes on White Sands Road in Pembroke on June 18 and June 20, 2021.

Tiffany J. Labonte, 30, of Village Street in Penacook on felony possession of lorazepam, fentanyl and tramadol, and methadone charges on May 16, 2021, in Boscawen. At the time, according to the indictment, she was out on bail from Belknap County Superior Court.

Roy Higgins, 41, of Deport Street in Pittsfield on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 26, 2021, in Canterbury.

Tina Paquin, 33, of Dalton Road in Dalton on possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl charges on July 10, 2021, in Bow.

Michael Savard, 36, of First Street in Berlin on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge on Interstate 93 in Concord on Sept. 2, 2021.

Christopher Dale, 39, of 8th Avenue in New York, NY, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of being in possession of a 2020 Nissan Altima, owned by a Glen Brunie, Maryland, woman, in Concord on Aug. 19, 2021.

Richard Royea, 39, of Daniel Webster Highway in Meredith on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of being in possession of a 2015 Toyota 4Runner on Sept. 14, 2021, that he knew had been stolen from Concord on or about Sept. 13, 2021, according to the indictment.

Crystal M. McNeil, 37, of New Salem Street in Laconia on a possession of meth charge on Aug. 4, 2021, in Concord.

Kezlynn Quiles, 21, of Maple Avenue in North Haven, Connecticut, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Bow on June 17, 2021.

Robin Lane, 54, of North State Street in Concord on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender. She was accused of driving on Interstate 393 in Concord on Aug. 21, 2021.

Timothy Belcourt, 47, of Shaw Road in Northfield on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a man on Aug. 4, 2021, in Northfield.

Matthew D. King, 29, of Union Street in Whitefield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-fentanyl, tramadol, acetyl fentanyl mix charge on Aug. 21, 2021, in Bow.
