Exeter Man Fails to Show Up at Prostitution Arraignment

Thomas Oliver Petit, 40, of Winter Street in Exeter, was arrested on Oct. 12, on a judge’s order for failure to appear at the arraignment on three prostitution charges.

Christopher Joseph Solano, 42, of 14L Phillip Road in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 14, on a failure to appear in drug court on a theft charge.

Kyle Gregg Dunn, 41, of Bellevue Street in Dorchester, MA, on Oct. 14, on failure to appear at the arraignment of three theft charges.

Timothy Peter Poulin, 30, of Union Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 14, on violation of probation/parole on a heroin possession charge.

John Edmond Clark, 42, of Folly Mill Road in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on Oct. 14, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge, burglary, failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge, and failure to appear at the arraignment of a burglary charge.

Nicholas Arthur Penachio, 46, of Newhalls Street in Saugus, MA, was arrested on Oct. 14, on failure to appear at the arraignment of five theft charges.

Randy Lee Estabrook, 32, of Main Street in Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 14, for contempt capias-marital nonsupport.

John Joseph Ellsey, 41, of Candy Lane in Danville, was arrested on Oct. 14, on delivery of articles prohibited.

Timothy Richard Ford, 34, of Scott Street in Dracut, MA, was arrested on Oct. 16, on a violation of parole/probation on a possession of oxycodone charge.

Roger Alan Seacole, 45, of Main Street in Mont Vernon, was arrested on Oct. 16, on a violation of a court order-probate charge.

Matthew Roland Boudreau, 33, a homeless man now located in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 16, on failure to appear at an arraignment on possession of methamphetamine and possession of meth with intent to sell charges.

Travis Philbrick, 30, of Harriman Hill Road in Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 16, on a small class warrant out of Ossippe District Court.

Jazmyne Conway-Morel, 19, of Annis Drive in Gilford, was arrested on Oct. 16, on a failure to appear on a heroin possession charge.

Shane Gordon Moore, 24, of Moores Lane in Seabrook, was arrested on Oct. 17, on a deferred sentence violation on a theft charge.

Tabitha Marie Scott, 25, of Hoyt Mill Road in Weare, was arrested on Oct. 17, on a deferred sentence on a heroin possession charge.
