Sheriffs Arrest 'Hometown Hottie' After No-Show on Heroin Charges

A roundup of recent arrests by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department:

Kimberlee Hanley, 45, of Oake Road in Hampton, was arrested on Feb. 23, 2015, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Thomas W. Poulin, 57, of Layfette Road in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on possession of controlled drug, acts prohibited on Feb. 23.

Joshua T. Moschetti, 25, of Prescott Street in Raymond, was arrested on Feb. 23, a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation/parole on a burglary charge.

Persephanie A. Lesperance, 26, pictured, of Laurel Street in Manchester, was arrested on Feb. 24, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a conspiracy for sale of heroin and sale of heroin charges. 

Sandra J. Fallon, 27, of Pine Street in Manchester was arrested on Feb. 24, on a delivery of articles prohibited warrant.

Steven K. Spolidoro, 39, of Central Avenue in Revere, MA, was arrested on Feb. 25, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an armed robbery charge.

John S. Fowler, 55, of Margaret Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Feb. 25, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of parole/probation on an operating after being a habitual offender charge.

Jonathan M. Balamotis, 24, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest on a violation or parole/probation on an arson charge.

Andrew M. Holmes, 24, of Langford Road in Raymond, on a judge’s order to arrest on new hope violation on a heroin possession charge on Feb. 25.

Sean Martin, 34, of Raymond Road in Deerfield, was arrested on Feb. 25, on a judge’s order to arrest on a small claims failure to appear in Brentwood District Court.

Julie Stewart, 44, of Calef Hill Road in Tilton, was arrested on Feb. 25, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Walter P. Kelly, 87, of Manchester Street in Hampton, was arrested on Feb. 26, on a felony felonious sexual assault, statutory rape charge.

Nigel K. Theriault, 24, of Pine Street in Tewksbury, MA, on a judge’s order to arrest on Feb. 26.

Kyle J. Dowd, 36, of Bodwell Street in Lawrence, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on Feb. 26.

David M. Payne, 29, of Daybreak Shelter in Lawrence, MA, on Feb. 27, on a judge’s order to arrest on a violation of probation charge on a theft charge.

Ethan Shaw, 19, of Ninth Street in Kingston, was arrested for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle on Feb. 27.

Anthony J. Cicirelli, 30, of Back Canaan Road in Strafford, was arrested on a judge’s order on Feb. 28, on failure to appear on theft, forgery, fraudulent use oa credit card, credit card fraud, and delivery of articles prohibited charges.
