Putts for Paws First Inaugural Golf Tournament set for July 15
to obtain veterinary surgical suite equipment for AWARE NH

WHO: Animal Welfare Alliance Resource & Education (AWARE NH). WHAT: Golf Tournament to raise funds for surgical equipment for our surgery suite at our Hooksett veterinary facility which just opened in June.
WHERE: Sky Meadow Country Club, 6 Mountain Laurels Dr, Nashua, NH 03062
WHEN: Monday, July 15, 2024, 8 a.m. registration, 9 a.m. shotgun start, until about 3 p.m.
WHY: We aim to raise $10,000 through this inaugural event, which will help us acquire essential medical equipment for our surgical room. This equipment will facilitate community spay and neuter procedures for animals in need, furthering our mission of compassionate care for animals.

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Besides a fun day of golfing for a good cause, WMUR TV Daybreak morning co-host Katherine Underwood, a pet lover herself, will be the MC for the day. There will be a puppy kissing and snuggling booth, swag goody bags for all participants, a silent auction and gift card tree plus lunch. The day will include lots of fun prize opportunities:
- Hole-in-One – the winner receives a five-night, six-day Caribbean cruise
- 25K Shootout –four fortunate players will have the opportunity to win $25,000 with a hole-in-one
- Golf Ball Air Cannon – We will reward the closest cannon shot for the day with a four- Day/three-Night All-Inclusive resort getaway. The location choices are Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas
Local businesses to be on hand to provide samples of all kinds at Tee boxes will include:
