Portsmouth, Bedford Felons Face Firearm Charges: Court Indictments

Woman indicted on welfare charge; Northwood man faces escape, officer assault charges; Goffstown, Londonderry residents face drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Julie A. Lambert, 27, of Wentworth Drive in Bedford on a felon in possession of a firearm charge. She was accused by police of having a Glock 17 pistol on March 9, 2019, in Salem after being convicted of robbery in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in December 2016.

April M. Larson, 47, of Freedom Circle in Portsmouth on a felony public welfare-prohibited act charge. She was accused of making false statements to the Portsmouth Welfare Department about a man living in her home while collecting benefits between March 16, 2020, and March 23, 2021.

Edward A. Lashomb Jr., 42, of Main Street in Pittsfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining unauthorized control of a 2005 Econoline van owned by another person on Dec. 15, 2021, in Nottingham.

Kerrin Lee Lebrasseur, 34, of Andover Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on five felony possession of a controlled drug charges — crack cocaine, fentanyl, clonazepam, alprazolam, and cocaine on June 21, 2021, in Salem.

Frank Llama III, 53, of Peverly Hill Road in Portsmouth on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a Buckstalker .50 caliber muzzleloader rifle on Sept. 6, 2021, in Portsmouth after previously being convicted of a felony.

Paul Francisco Lopez, 35, of Washington Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 14, 2021, in Salem.

Matthew Michael Maggio, 33, of Jamaica Lane in Rochester on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Church Street in Windham on Dec. 11, 2021, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jacob D. Magnuson, 23, of Pine Hollow Drive in Londonderry on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge and a transport drugs in a motor vehicle charge on May 1, 2021, on Harvey Road in Londonderry.

Randi Lee Mammino, 40, of Hilldale Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. According to the indictment, she was accused of acting in concert with Jose Rivera to steal items from the Home Depot in North Hampton on Sept. 16, 2021.

Augustine Mauras, 31, of Pine Street in Methuen, MA, on five felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused by police of stealing items from Abercrombie and Fitch in Salem on May 24, June 28, and July 1, 2021, and property from Hollister in Salem on July 4, and July 5, 2021. Twice before, Mauras has been convicted on theft charges.

Danielle Sarah Maxwell, 32, of Incline Avenue in Goffstown on possession of fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and attempting to conceal a baggie and-or hypodermic needle to impair an investigation in Derry on June 8, 2021.

Frank Albert McPhee IV, 35, of Temperance Hill Road in Northwood on escape, two counts criminal use of electronic defense or aerosol self-defense spray weapons, and extended-term of imprisonment-reckless conduct, all felonies, as well as three counts of extended-term of imprisonment-simple assault. He was accused by police of driving at an officer, punching an officer, and spraying two officers with pepper spray, after escaping from the officers when being placed under arrest on Nov. 2, 2021, in Northwood.
