Rochester Man Indicted In Portsmouth Garage Death Case: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jeffrey Allen Labelle, 43, of Regent Drive in Dover on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge, fentanyl. He was accused of possessing the drug in Kingston on June 10, 2023.

Raymond Joseph Lachance, 41, of Birth Road in Deerfield on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Old Candia Road in Deerfield on July 23, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Justin Lacombe, 28, of Blackstone River Road in Worcester, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on May 2, 2019, in Seabrook.

Raymond J. Lemay, 54, of Sunset Circle in Derry on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment on North Main Street in Derry on Aug. 3, 2023.

Christopher Eugene Lopez, 33, of Beech Street in Newmarket on two felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges as well as five domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling, headbutting, throwing into a wall, kicking, and grabbing an intimate partner on July 5, 2022, in Newmarket.

Andrew Dwight Lucas, 24, of Rochester Hill Road in Rochester on two negligent homicide and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies, as well as reckless conduct, attempted simple assault, criminal threatening, and six simple assault charges. He was accused of acting in concert with Vincenzo Panetta to repeatedly assault and attack Zachary Colbroth, which led to him falling from the third floor of the Hanover Street parking garage in Portsmouth on Aug. 26, 2023.

Dario E. Manon, 27, of Derry Street in Manchester on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to obtain $3,971.20 from the account Nationwide Recovery Services at North Shore Bank with a check with a false signature on March 16, 2023, in Newton Junction.

Christopher G. Marais, 37, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of controlling $125.94 worth of merchandise from Home Depot in Londonderry on June 21, 2023. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Jeancarlos Mertinez Ferrera, 25, of Walton Avenue in Salem on theft by unauthorized taking and organized retail crime enterprise charges, both felonies. He was accused of conspiring with Daniel Vizcaino and-or Yimy Alexander Montero to steal merchandise from the Nike Store in Salem between July 1 and Aug. 18, 2023.

Danielle Sarah Maxwell, 34, of Incline Avenue in Goffstown on two felony possession of controlled drug-subsequent charges, fentanyl and-or xylazine and cocaine on Aug. 15, 2023, in Salem.

Danielle Marie McGrail, 40, of College Lane in Methuen, MA, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing items from Hannaford in East Hampstead on May 24, 2021, Hannaford in Hampton on Aug. 23, 2022, and Hannaford in Londonderry on Sept. 18, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.
