Derry Man Accused Of Luring 'Boy' To Sexually Assault: County Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Luther John Campbell, 53, of Levenseller Road in Lincolnville, Maine, on two felony criminal threatening charges and two criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a knife, which resembled a handgun, at two people in Portsmouth on Aug. 25.

Cathline A. Carrier, 55, of Tater Street in Mont Vernon on a felony possession of fentanyl and-or para-fluorofentanyl charge on June 29 in Epping.

Rochelle Chirolla, 44, of Lantern Lane in Londonderry and Ronald Henry Chirolla, 43, of Kelly Street in Manchester, each on a felony financial exploitation of elderly, disabled, or impaired adult charge. Between Nov. 1, 2017, and Oct. 31, 2021, they were accused of taking financial resources from a woman in Salem.

Michael Oliber Churbe, 48, of B Street in Davis, California, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of retaining control of a 2013 Bentley Continental GTI, owned by Mercedes Benz of Portsmouth, on Aug. 5.

John Berchman Clougherty, 43, of Vest Way in North Andover, Massachusetts, on a three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing more than $3,500 in merchandise from Home Depot in North Hampton between Nov. 10 and Dec. 8, 2022.

Thomas J. Corbin, 40 of Mills Farm Circle in Derry on falsifying physical evidence and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of concealing a box of Twisted Teas in a cat carrier to impair an investigation and telling another person not to call the police or words to that effect on June 17 in Derry.

Daniel J. Costanzo, 46, of Windham Depot Road in Derry on a felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charge. He was accused of attempting to lure and entice a person he thought was a 14-year-old boy between July 6 and July 11 in Derry by requesting penis pictures and suggesting he sexually assault the boy.

Robert Tyler Craig, 33, of Lafayette Road in Hampton on a possession of cocaine charge, a felony, on June 26 in Hampton.

James Albert Cranshaw, 39, of Riddle Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and retaining a stolen Giant Revel bicycle on April 25, 2022, in Candia after being convicted on theft charges twice before.

Raymond Cruz, 41, of Willow Street in Lawrence, MA, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing flooring, wire, and-or other items from Home Depot in Salem on Oct. 7, Nov. 5, and Dec. 21, 2022.
