Derry Man Arrested for Robbery - Again: Log

SALEM, NH - Durrell L. Alexander, 37, of Union Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 9:38 a.m. on Feb. 22, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on a warrant.

Dorothy J. Avery, 54, of Beaumont Road in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 9:53 a.m. on Feb. 22, 2016, for willful concealment and breach of bail. She was arrested on a warrant.

Patrick M. Kiley, 28, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2016, for receiving stolen property. He was arrested outside of the Marshalls on South Broadway.

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested at 8:47 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2016, for criminal trespass at Salem High School.

Devin Mack, 31, of Fairway Drive in Derry, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2016, for robbery and credit card fraud (under $1,000). He was arrested on a warrant and refused bail.

Felix Rosario, 48, of Evergreen Drive in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2016, for willful concealment and a bench warrant. He was arrested on a warrant.

Rebecca Alicea, 18, of Pawtucket Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2016, for issuing bad checks. She was arrested on a warrant.

Anthony R. Rivera, 21, of Jordan Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2016, for reckless conduct, disobey an officer, and receiving stolen property (more than $1,501).

Annerys K. Martinez, 18, of Arlington Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2016, on two counts of willful concealment (one, $1,000 to $1,500).

Keisha M. Mojica, 23, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 4:11 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2016, for two counts of willful concealment. She was arrested on a warrant.

Bert S. MacKenzie, 53, of Shore Drive in Salem, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2016, for DUI-impairment, disorderly conduct, reckless operation, and open container. At the VFW on North Broadway, a caller reported that a man in a car was “chasing her up” Route 28 while “yelling at her,” according to a report. At Walmart, the vehicle passed her and the driver reportedly gave her the finger. Other calls also came in about the report. Witness statements were taken and MacKenzie was arrested.

Anthony G. Guptill, 27, of Ricks Way in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2016, for willful concealment. Police were sent to Sears for a report of employees chasing a shoplifter who reportedly stole a television. The TV was recovered and Guptill was arrested.
