Haverhill Teen Arrested On 7 Theft Charges: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Patrick Tyler McGarry, 37, of Haverhill Road in Salem was arrested on a Hampton police warrant at 8:38 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2023, on North Policy Street. He was released on personal recognizance bail.

Franklin Rodriguez Jr., 21, of Sewall Street in Manchester was arrested at 9:06 a.m. on Aug. 6 on a bail jumping charge. He was arrested by Londonderry police on the Salem warrant and held without on bail on Londonderry charges. Those charges included felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender, disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and reckless operation.

Kiara L. Peguero, 32, of Bridge Road in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on Aug. 6 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16+, DUI, and DUI-adult more than 0.06; minor more than 0.02 charges. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Pelham Road and Interstate 93 north.

Adyel Manuel Garcia, 19, of Proctor Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on July 31 on seven theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested by Seabrook police on the Salem warrant. Garcia was released later on personal recognizance.

Vincent Maglio Sr., 61, of Dyer Avenue in Salem was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on July 31 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on North Broadway Street. Maglio was released later on personal recognizance.

Emedin Dizdarevic, 29, of Church Street in Laconia was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on July 31 on possession of a controlled drug, theft detective device remover, willful concealment, and breach of bail charges. Also arrested by Antonio Joseph Perillo, 27, of Pasture Drive in Franklin on possession of a controlled drug, theft detective device remover, willful concealment, and breach of bail charges. They were arrested after police were sent to the Old Navy on South Village Road for a report of suspicious activity — with a security employee reporting two people “locked in the bathroom, believed to be high on drugs and not responding,” police said. Fire and rescue teams were also requested. Both men were arrested and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Katon Lang, 37, of Ashland Street in Manchester was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on July 31 on a warrant out of Manchester.

Detaveis O. Johannes, 18, of Emerson Way in Salem was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on July 31 on simple assault, willful concealment, disorderly conduct, and violation of privacy-use, install device charges. He was arrested on a Salem warrant.

Casey R. Labonville, 29, of Poplar Street in Berlin was cited at 6:58 a.m. on July 31 on a bail jumping charge. He was arrested on a Salem warrant in Berlin.
