Man Indicted On Danville Murder Charges: Rockingham Court Roundup

Plus: Concord man indicted on Portsmouth bank robbery charge; county drug indictments; Salem theft indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Joseph Alan Carter, 44, of Depot Road in East Kingston was arrested two felony possession of a controlled drug charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, on Sept. 2, 2023, in Kingston. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on prior offenses.

Anthony Joseph Cicirelli, 39, of Downing Street in Concord on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of passing a note to a bank teller and telling them to “empty the drawer,” while his hand was in his pocket, and he appeared to have a weapon on Sept. 23, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Clifford Eugene Clark, 49, of Parker Way in Turner, Maine, on possession of meth with intent to distribute and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on June 5, 2022, in Epping.

John Berchman Clougherty, 43, of Vest Way in North Andover, Massachusetts, on felony possession of buprenorphine charge in Seabrook on Jan. 31, 2023.

James T. Coe, 21, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of second-degree murder and a falsifying physical evidence charge, all felonies. He was accused of using a .223 caliber AR-15 rifle to kill Denise Damato Coe and then hiding the rifle in the trunk of his car or removing it from the home on Aug. 3, 2023. Justin J. Collier, 32, of North Main Street in Rochester on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Calef Highway in Epping on Sept. 14, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jennifer R. Collins, 32, of Brookwood Drive in Salem on three felony possession of a controlled drugs charges, meth, fentanyl, and buprenorphine, on June 16, 2023, in Salem.

Jeremy Cordero, 30, of Vincent Circle in Worcester, MA, on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 19, 2023, in Derry.

Siul Mary Rosa Cruz, 28, of Boutwell Street in Manchester on robbery and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of pushing and hitting a Macy’s employee in Salem on Nov. 18, 2023, who was attempting to stop her from leaving with stolen merchandise. Rosa Cruz also worked in concert with Edmary De Thomas Cruz and Lay Rosa Cruz to steal more than $1,500 items during the incident, according to the indictment.

Jeremy Paul Miller, 55, of Blue Heron Drive in Portsmouth on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Seabrook on July 11, July 20, and Aug. 1, 2023. Twice before, Miller has been convicted on theft charges.

Yimy Alexander Montero Villa, 26, of Cianci Street in Paterson, New Jersey, on theft by unauthorized taking and organized retail crime enterprise charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items from the Nike Store in Salem between July 1 and Aug. 18, 2023, while working in concert with Daniel Vizcaino and-or Jeancarlos Ferrera Martinez.

Joshua N. Montisanti, 33, a homeless man now located in Portsmouth, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check on the account of another person to defraud them on June 15, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Nicholas C. Myers, 41, of Shattigee Road in Chester on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of stating falsely on a claim on Jan. 25, 2023, with Progressive that a loss occurred on Jan. 23, 2023, when it actually occurred on Jan. 9, 2023, when he did not have a policy at the time, in Chester.

Other Indictment

Christopher W. McClean, 53, of Park Street in Exeter was indicted in Strafford County on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Dover on June 28, 2023.
