New York Man Arrested On Threat, Conduct Charges: Salem Police Log

Plus: Woman arrested on felony theft charges; Wolfeboro woman faces drug charge; Nashua man arrested on threat, bail jumping charges.

SALEM, NH — Isaiah Bean, 30, of Saint Nichols in New York, New York, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on March 29, 2023, on criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and obstruct government administration charges. He was arrested after Harbor Freight on South Broadway Street called police about an unwanted subject. Bean was arrested later.

Susan K. DePietro, 51, of Varnum Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:51 a.m. on March 29 on a bail jumping charge. She was arrested on a warrant a police headquarters and released on personal recognizance.

Kristy L. Arthur, 44, of Sargents Pond Road in Wolfeboro was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:53 on March 28 and a possession of a controlled drug charge. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Pelham Road and Interstate 93 north. She was released to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department on its do not bail warrant.

A 17-year-old was arrested on a drug possession charge at 1:06 a.m. on March 28. A 17-year-old was also taken on protective custody. Police received a call from the Seasons Corner Market on South Broadway Street for a report of two boys “acting weird,” and one had a knife. An employee also said one of the boys had gone into a bathroom — with one boy saying they were looking for a baggie of medication. Both boys were released to their parents later.

Lois Calabrese, 54, of Sally Sweets Way in Salem was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on March 27 on theft of lost or mislaid property and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies due to two prior convictions. Police were sent to Market Basket to investigate a stolen wallet. Police tracked down a suspect and accused her of admitting to the theft. She was arrested and released on personal recognizance.

Christina Sue Ford, 37, of Chestnut Street in Rochester was cited at 12:31 p.m. on March 10 on unregistered vehicle, misuse of plates, and alter-display altered plate violations. Police were sent to M&N Borderline Discount on South Broadway Street for suspicious activity. A man walked away, into Methuen, MA, as the officer approached the vehicle. The officer checked the temporary tag on the vehicle, found it was sold, and the plate did not match. Methuen MA Police searched for the man. Ford was charged and released on a summons.

Justin Levi Sargent, 36, of Stonehenge Road in Londonderry was arrested at 8:12 p.m. on Feb. 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on North Broadway Street and released on personal recognizance.

Jeffrey Junior Boucher, 25, of West Hollis Street in Nashua was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on Feb. 11 on criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, breach of bail, and bail jumping charges. He was arrested after a domestic disturbance at the Park View Inn in South Broadway Street.

Anthony Jesus Guerrero, 22, of Essex Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on Feb. 11 on willful concealment and manufacture-possess false government ID charges. Also arrested was Ruddy Presinal Pimentel, 43, of Essex Street in Lawrence, MA, on a willful concealment charge. They were arrested after police were sent to Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park for a report of a shoplifting incident. They were arrested and released on personal recognizance.

Warren Louis Doucette Sr., 42, of Summer Street in Salem was arrested at 11:29 a.m. on Feb. 11 on a willful concealment charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.

Wilfredo Medina Cruz, 19, of Hobson Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on Feb. 11 on a reckless operation charge. He was arrested after a motor stop at Main and North Broadway streets.
