Salem Teen Arrested After Domestic Assault Incident: Police Log

SALEM, NH — Justin D. Frost, 28, of Debuque Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Jan. 30, 2017, for willful concealment. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Lowes on South Broadway.

Kevin M. Covino, 18, of Blue Fox Road in Salem, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault and criminal mischief after an alleged incident at the home. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were also called to the scene.

Lindsay C. Knox, 22, of Fraser Drive in Salem, was arrested at 12:48 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2017, for two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after police were called to the home after a woman complained about a family member needing to leave the home. The woman reportedly left and was arrested later.

Paul J. Banks, 29, of North Main Street in Salem, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2017, on a bench warrant. He turned himself in to police.

Anthony R. Capobianco, 50, of Marston Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. on Jan. 27, 2017, for willful concealment. He was arrested on a warrant.

Marije Viso, 53, of Heath Street in Somerville, MA, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Bruce R. Gagne, 58, of Hampshire Street in Salem, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, for DUI, after a crash at the intersection of Main Street and Highland Avenue.

Two 17-year-old girls and a 15-year-old girl were arrested at 5:57 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2016, on willful concealment charges after an alleged incident at Kohl’s at Cluff Crossing Road.

Emelin B. Pimentel, 49, of Springfield Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2016, for willful concealment, after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Emedin Dizdarevic, 22, of Pine Street in Laconia, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on Dec. 9, 206, for willful concealment, false report to law enforcement, and a bench warrant, after an alleged incident at Target on South Broadway.

Thomas F. Carney, 51, of Brookside Drive in Andover, MA, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2016, for aggravated DUI (0.16+) and DUI, after an accident at the Rest Area on I-93.

Jose Saavedra, 21, of Hale Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a three-vehicle accident on Lowell Road.

Brian W. Melendez, 22, of Linda Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for controlled drug; acts prohibited. Also arrested was Reggie E. Mercedes, 21, of Bailey Street in Lawrence, MA, also for controlled drug; acts prohibited. They were arrested after a report of drugs being used in the parking lot of Kohl’s at Cluff Crossing Road. They were released on a summons.

Lynda I. Cruz, 38, of Hampstead Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+). She was arrested on a warrant.
