Seabrook Man indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Derry man indicted on Londonderry gun charge; Nashua woman indicted on drug charge; Plaistow habitual offender indicted after crash.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Zackary Robert Carrier, 32, of Manchester Avenue in Derry on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapons charge. He was accused of firing a Taurus 9 mm handgun 15 feet away from a Londonderry business, into a rock ledge, where one or more rounds ricocheted around the area, on July 22.

Isaias Jose Castillo, 22, of Cornish Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of removing two bags from his motor vehicle to impair an investigation in Windham on Jan. 17.

Alrome Fero Castro, 31, of Virginia Lane in Seabrook on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of pushing a family or household member into a wall which resulted in a distal radius fracture to the victim’s arm on Feb. 25, 2020, in Newmarket.

Hawley B. Cheney, 51, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, on possession of clonazepam and possession of lisdexamfetamine charges, both felonies, on July 11 in Plaistow.

Namor Clarke, 31, of Pacific Street in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of property from CVS in Derry on May 19.

John Berchman Clougherty, 43, of Vest Way in North Andover, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Home Depot in Portsmouth between July 19, 2022, and Jan. 5.

Theresa Rose Copello, 29, of Spaulding Street in Nashua on possession of heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine mix, possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine charges, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs, removing fentanyl from her person, and throwing it into the roadway to impair an investigation by Derry police on Jan. 11.

Bretton R. Crawford, 31, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook on three felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting a teenager between Sept. 2 and Nov. 10, 2022, in Seabrook.

Shaun Davidson, 43, of Shady Lane in Plaistow on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Plaistow Road in Plaistow after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and attempting to get another person to drive to a crash scene and claim they were driving at the time of the collision on June 8.
