Sheriffs Arrest Windham Fugitive from Justice

Plus, Derry men man arrested for stolen property bail revocation, and a Concord man, men from Maine allegedly fail to appear in court.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Patrick M. Kiley, 29, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 8, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge.

Tristan M. Roukey, 28, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the prob hearing for a theft charge.

William P. Ivester, 45, of Golden Brook Road in Windham, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant on Oct. 6, 2016.

Scott L. Boody, 51, of Riverside Avenue in Portland, ME, was arrested on Oct. 4, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of five counts of credit card fraud as well as another agency’s warrants for theft and theft/fraud.

Dan B. Doody, 35, of Harris Avenue in Portland, ME, was arrested on Oct. 4, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a shoplifting charge.

David M. Brogan Jr., 33, of Everett Street in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 3, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for bail revocation on a sale of a controlled drug charge.
