Worcester Woman Indicted On Salem Death Resulting Fentanyl Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Seabrook woman accused of selling crack; Windham man indicted on strangulation, other charges; thief accused of stealing marinated steaks.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Roberta Lorraine Dezainde, 51, of Heartwood Lane in Concord on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing a structure on Auburn Road in Londonderry on Aug. 8, 2022.

Nicholas J. DiPhillipo, 27, of Elsmere Avenue in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton on Oct. 5, 2020, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Warren Louis Doucette Sr., 42, of Summer Street in Salem on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise on Jan. 29 and Feb. 3. at Target in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Hope A. Eaton, 62, of Collins Street in Seabrook on a felony sale of crack cocaine charge. She was accused of selling the drug to a cooperating individual working with the Seabrook police on Dec. 1, 2021.

Robert Joseph Eaton, 32, of North Main Street in Derry on five simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charges. He was accused of kicking a police officer in the face repeatedly and in the genitals and placing them in a headlock on March 20 in Derry.

Trisha Ann Eaton, 37, of Adams Avenue in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing seven packages of marinated steak from Market Basket on April 27 in Seabrook. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted twice before on theft charges.

Alisha Emond, 31, of Main Street in Worcester, MA, on a felony sale of fentanyl-death resulting charge. She was accused of dispensing the drug that resulted in the death of another person in Salem between Feb. 8 and Feb. 10.

Peter Fenn, 59, of Oriole Road in Windham on second-degree assault-strangulation, second-degree assault, and tampering with witnesses or informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and striking another person in the head, causing an orbital fracture on Feb. 20 in Windham. Fenn was accused of asking the victim if he was going to call the police, and when he said, No, saying, “Good, because if you do, I will find you,” or words to that effect.

Hayleen Cancel Fernandez, 28, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of working in concert with Jessiris Adelys Bermudez to fill a baby carriage full of merchandise from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park without paying for them on Dec. 14, 2022, according to an indictment.
