2 In Barnegat, 2 In Stafford Test Positive For Coronavirus

Ocean County has confirmed 48 positive cases of the novel coronavirus, including 32 new cases Thursday.

BARNEGAT, NJ — Two people in Barnegat and two individuals in Stafford tested positive for the novel coronavirus, officials announced Thursday. The patients have the first reported cases in either town.

No further information was provided about the individuals.

The Ocean County Health Department confirmed 32 new cases Thursday, bringing the county total to 48. The OCHD reported the county's first death Thursday from the virus.
