The Bloomfield Fire Department recently congratulated its newest firefighters – Addison Valencia, Nicholas Conforti, Charles Pierce and Kevin Negron – after they completed the Morris County Fire Academy.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — There are some new firefighters in Bloomfield.

The Bloomfield Fire Department recently congratulated its newest firefighters – Addison Valencia, Nicholas Conforti, Charles Pierce and Kevin Negron – after they completed the Morris County Fire Academy.

“These recruits endured a 12-week rigorous training schedule between class room and fireground taught by the knowledgeable and experienced academy staff at the Morris County Fire Academy,” the Bloomfield Fire Department stated.

“We’d also like to congratulate FF Charles Pierce for being voted best overall best recruit not only by the academy staff but his peers as well,” the department added. “We wish you all a healthy and safe career with the BFD!”
