MONTGOMERY, NJ — Three Montgomery Township family members have tested positive for the new coronavirus. One child was also in DC Gymnastics in Hillsborough before showing symptoms, Hillsborough School Acting Superintendent Dr. Lisa Antunes said Sunday.

The gym at 3 Jill Ct. also sent out a notice to members. Currently gym members are at low risk, Hillsborough Health Department stated.

"This is due to the fact that the child who tested positive was not symptomatic while at the gym, and became symptomatic on March 9, while her last day at the gym was March 4. Therefore, the Montgomery Township Health Department, which has been following up on contacts of the three individuals, has notified us that the gym members are low risk, and should monitor their health for 14 days from March 4, which is March 18,"

All three of the family members are already under home quarantine have tested positive for COVID 19 virus.

The Health Department is interviewing the family members to find out if any students or others who have been in close contact are at an elevated risk of exposure.
