Lacey Boy Raises $450 For Local EMS Through Lemonade Fundraiser

Nicholas DeBenedetto, 13, will be donating the money to the EMS volunteers in Lanoka Harbor and the Forked River Fire Department.

LACEY, NJ — A local 13-year-old boy raised $450 for local emergency service volunteers through a lemonade stand.

Nicholas DeBenedetto held the lemonade stand at his Lanoka Harbor home. All of the money raised will be donated to volunteer EMS in Lanoka Harbor and also to the Forked River Fire Department, his mother, Silvania DeBenedetto, told Patch.

DeBenedetto thanked everyone who came to donate. She also thanked the Lacey Lidl managers for donating lemonade ingredients.
