Holiday Party In Livingston For People With Special Needs

The Livingston event will include food, beverages, DJ music and a visit from Santa.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Advisory Committee for Disabilities (LACD) and Senior Youth and Leisure Services (SYLS) will host a holiday party on Saturday, Dec, 14 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

According to a news release from the LACD, the event will take place at the Livingston Senior and Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue. It will include food, beverages, DJ music and a visit from Santa.

People with special needs and their families are invited to the public event free of charge, the LACD stated. Attendees are asked to bring a dessert.

RSVP is required to attend, as seating is limited. To make a reservation or for more information, call Alan Karpas (973) 992-6411 or email [email protected] by Dec. 4.

In case of inclement weather, the party will be postponed until Dec. 21. Call (973)-535-7961, ext. 231 to check on the party status.
