PARSIPPANY, NJ — Get to know a new council member. Councilman-Elect Justin Musella says he will hold "regular" office hours once he becomes a Parsippany Township Council member.

The councilman-elect was part of the Republican slate that swept Parsippany's mayor and council elections Nov. 2. Mayor-Elect James Barberio's ticket featured Musella and Councilman-Elect Frank Neglia.

“I believe that representing hard-working taxpayers begins from the ground up," Musella said. "By making time for residents to voice their concerns or even just make suggestions, we can ensure that Town Hall is more responsive to problems that otherwise would go unnoticed.

“While I have strong confidence in Mayor Barberio and his plans to revitalize our local government, I want to ensure that the mistakes of the past four years are not repeated, namely those of ignorance toward issues that everyday residents face.”
