LI Man Accused Of Armed Robberies In East Meadow, Uniondale: Police

UNIONDALE, NY — Nassau police tracked down a suspect in two armed robberies that happened in four days in May.

Brian Adams, 39, of 225 Mitchell Ave. in East Meadow was arrested without incident, police said.

The targets were the Conoco gas station at 1198 Front Street, Uniondale and the Dunkin Donuts at 329 Merrick Avenue, East Meadow. During both, the robber pointed a firearm at the employee while demanding cash from the register, police said.

Adams is charged with four counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned on Thursday, police said.
