Suffolk Police, Huntington Business Hold Turkey Giveaway

More than 250 turkeys given to Huntington residents.

Suffolk County Police, along with the Sorrentino family, hosted a turkey giveaway, distributing more than 250 turkeys to Huntington residents Tuesday night.

The Sorrentino family, owners of Huntington based Sorrentino Trucking and PAS Automotive, along with additional businesses and community members, donated the turkeys in time for Thanksgiving.

The turkeys were distributed at PAS Automotive at 627 New York Ave. in Huntington, at 6:30 p.m.
