Orange County Man, 18, Accused Of Stalking, Groping Women In Stores

Anyone who feels they may have been a victim or knows of anyone who may have been is asked to contact state police.

ORANGE COUNTY, NY — An 18-year-old accused of stalking and touching women in department stores in Orange County has been arrested, the New York State Police announced.

Jayden Rivers of Monroe, New York was charged with Forcible Touching and Stalking 3rd degree, police said.

Rivers was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 insurance bond, or $5,000 10% partially secured bond.

A Stay Away Order of Protection with both victims listed was served to Rivers at the arraignment.
