Parking Lot Lewdness Captured On Video: Police

A New Windsor man was charged in Stony Point.

STONY POINT, NY — A New Windsor man faces a public lewdness charge in Stony Point over an incident July 1 in the parking lot of Aldi's on Route 9W.

Police said they were called about a man in a vehicle masturbating in plain view. Officers dispatched at 12:38 p.m. located the vehicle and the man. A video was provided by a witness.

Chad Mathieu, 50, is due in court July 18, police said.
