Man Charged With DWI After Greenport Crash: Police

He was arrested after the single-vehicle crash, police say.

GREENPORT, NY — A Southold man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a Greenport crash recently, police said.

According to Southold Town police, the incident took place on June 22 at about 7 p.m. on 3rd Street. Max Chay Tojil,36, was involved in a single vehicle crash, found to be intoxicated, arrested, and charged with DWI, police said.

Chay Tojil was transported to Southold police headquarters and held for arraignment, police said.
