Dolphin Bookshop, Community Chest Infuse Charity with Fashion in Port Washington

Through the Chavez for Charity Bracelet program, 25 percent of proceeds of bracelet sales goes directly to the Community Chest.

Helping people in Port Washington is taking on a new fashion twist, thanks to a partnership between Dolphin Bookshop and Community Chest of Port Washington.

Through the Chavez for Charity Bracelet program, 25 percent of the proceeds of every white and clear-toned bracelet goes directly to the Community Chest.

“We are so appreciative of Dolphin’s efforts on behalf of the People of Port Helping the People of Port and hope to see a lot of people around town wearing these beautiful bracelets,” Julie Meer Harnick, executive director of the Community Chest of Port Washington, said.
