Car Crashes Into Building In Suffolk: Police
Middle Country Road was closed for around 45 minutes, police said. The injuries reported were non-life-threatening.
CENTEREACH, NY — Part of Middle Country Road in Centereach was shut down on Friday morning after a car went into an auto body repair shop, authorities said.
A 911 caller reported the crash in the 2500 block of Middle Country Road at around 7:35 a.m. and the road was closed until around 8:15 a.m., according to police. The injuries that were reported were non-life-threatening, police said.

A Brookhaven Town spokesman described the building as an auto body repair shop and need that the town's Building Inspector reported no structural damage.
