FARMINGVILLE, NY — A man was injured in a fire that broke out at a Farmingville home early on Tuesday morning, Suffolk police said.

The fire started at the Pineaire Avenue home at around 4:11 a.m., according to police.

A man was taken to Stony Brook Hospital Medical Center for smoke inhalation, police said.
